Cancellation Policy
No refunds for 'no shows.' To avoid automated billing, please cancel at least 1 hour before your appointment. 'GOFB Service' requires 24-hour notice. Reschedule or cancel by replying to your email, texting, calling (510) 439-7303, or logging in. Online refunds are case by case.
