As a barber, I've noticed that many of my clients ask me for advice on how to achieve healthy hair. While there are plenty of products on the market that promise to improve hair health, the truth is that a healthy diet can have a significant impact on the health of your hair. In this blog post, I'll be highlighting the connection between diet and hair health and providing some tips for improving your diet to achieve healthy, luscious locks.

Your hair is made up of proteins, specifically a protein called keratin. Therefore, it's no surprise that consuming a diet that's high in protein is crucial for maintaining healthy hair.
